  10. Hi! I'm a new follower from the hop! Congrats on being co-host and enjoy all the traffic! :-) I'm a bit.. um, craftily inept... but I love tutorials that show things that I can actually DO. I'm trying to get on better terms with my sewing machine... we weren't speaking for a while... LOL... but I just recently tried hemming a pair of jeans for the first time using the "European hem" or "trick hem" method, and I was so thrilled that it actually worked! Have you heard of this? It's basically a method of hemming jeans that preserves the original factory hem so your jeans don't look like they've been done at home. I was literally AMAZED that it came out so good.

Apparently there are only a few people out there who have done tutorials on it, and they are getting TONS of traffic, because a lot of people want to know how to do it. So if you're ever stuck for ideas, that would be a great tutorial to do!

Anyway, it's nice to meet you, and I look forward to getting some great ideas from your blog! I write a humor blog about all things motherhood, and I hope you can drop in sometime! It's great for laughs, and sometimes even a snort or two!

Enjoy the rest of your week!

    Smiles, Jenn @Misadventures in Motherhood

    1. I've just "hopped" over and followed your blog, i got a little stuck on the hilarious post about your friends wedding! I have heard of the European hem, and can successfully do one :D if I'm stuck i definitely will give it a shot :D

don't worry i don't go too crazy with "advanced" tutorials
(for one it would take me too long to make, figure out how to explain, and get my readers on board- besides i like to give the non-sewer a shot as well!)

I can't wait to get to know you, and read more of your hilarious posts!
